1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of ELEGANCE TRAVEL & CLEANING F.Z.C., trading as ELEGANCE TRAVEL & CLEANING, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our cleaning services or website. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Services Offered
ELEGANCE TRAVEL & CLEANING provides professional cleaning services throughout the UAE, including residential and commercial cleaning. Our services are described on our website at https://app161.afliweb.com. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments for cleaning services must be made in full before or on the date of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as specified during booking. If you cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a charge of up to 50% of the total fee. Refunds for unsatisfactory services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided you notify us within 24 hours of service completion. No refunds will be issued for services already fully performed without valid complaint.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services. You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has safe and reasonable access to the premises. You must secure or remove any valuable, fragile, or hazardous items before our team arrives. ELEGANCE TRAVEL & CLEANING is not liable for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed. You must also ensure that the premises are in a safe condition for our staff to work.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of ELEGANCE TRAVEL & CLEANING F.Z.C. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. The brand name "ELEGANCE TRAVEL & CLEANING" and tagline "BEST Cleaning Service Around UAE" are proprietary to us.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ELEGANCE TRAVEL & CLEANING F.Z.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects in your property. We recommend that you maintain appropriate insurance for your premises and belongings.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
